FABRICATION

TC_ORE offers the highest level of competence for projects that require greater TLC. The 3D model downloads cutting, profiling and section information directly into our fabrication facilities. We use the latest CNC machines, press brakes, CNC shears, hi-definition plasma cutters up to 2.5”, steel cranes, drills, profiling machines and teams of highly qualified plater welders. Each section is manufactured with computer controlled accuracy and individually marked to ease transport, delivery and assembly.

FINISHING

We design and develop steel structures using standard and/or custom profile shapes - to suit your most demanding structural and architectural designs. Projects that are environmentally sensitive are treated with galvanizing and special paint systems.
